Parents Night Out Child Registration Form

Parents Night Out is a minsitry of the Summit Woods Baptist Church Young Adults seeking to serve parents of young families with childcare for an evening. Children in 6th grade and under are welcome to attend from 5:30-8:30pm. Dinner is provided.
