Fill out this form to register yourself (mom) for 2024-2025 SWBC moms and mentors. Meetings are the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, Sept-May, starting with a welcome play date on Sept 5. Sept. 19th will be our first meeting with childcare. This ministry is open to every mom in the community with children from newborn to 6th grade. Registration fee ($25) helps to cover special events, crafts, supplies, and more. Our child care workers are willing and capable volunteers.
